bump, GET MORE VOTES ON THIS

also, to fix it id add:

double XP weekends
more free cosmetic items
100xp per game
further fix challenges to address people leaving games
let player earn a reasonable amount of store credits by playing the game
drop prices a lot in the store, other than the battlepass itself 10$ every 3 months is fine

The current progression system is not ideal, it’s a discreet push on the microtransactions. I don’t mind paying for a Battle Pass and some cosmetics that I like, but the current progression system goes completely against the grain of Halo.

And yes, my idea was to actually try and provide some meaningful data for 343 to look at instead of 1000 posts about how much everyone hates it! :slight_smile:

Dissatisfied. Thought things would be around the five dollar range maybe 10 bucks for some things

Highly dissatisfied. This system needs a change; there’s no way anyone can complete the pass in a reasonable amount of time without throwing money at the screen.

This isn’t how Halo was meant to be played.

Same. Unless I’m going to play for a crisp and satisfying shooter experience, I’m not getting anything out of the gameplay loop.

Yeah I’m loving the gameplay. They made a really great game, runs smooth, very few bugs, but it’s let down massively by the progression system.

Game itself is really nice could use a fix or two here or there but I genuinely can’t agree with the monetization model especially when we had such a fantastic basis to copy from the MCC. Its clear to me that either
A) Infinite progression was not designed by the same people who did the MCC’s or
B) Big corpo came down and said to milk this game for all its worth. Sad to see.

Wait 10 every 3 months is fine? But some of you halo people refused to buy a 10 dollar map pack once a year. Times sure have changed.
