How do you file a complaint or let 343 know that their servers are messing up when you get randomly kicked from a game, aren’t aloud to join a game, can’t use recs, ect. I have amazing Internet and don’t have a problem with other multiplayer games but lately I’ve been having issues on a nightly basis with halo 5. Does anyone know how to let 343 know what issues its customers are having?

There is no proper system that works if im totally honest. 343 will only listen if you are a pro or a champion. Otherwise you are ignored completely. Or the mods will remove a post if they think someine may have pisted a similar one or suggest you post it elsewhere where it will not get seen, citing their forum rules. Be under no illusion, 343 dont give a monkeys. I have reported dozens of issues, reporting it on the halo 5 supoort page, the ban thread etc. You get kicked by servers and then banned? Prepare for unjust abuse and being ignored on the ban thread. The server problem has been abysmal for months and 343 still ignore everybody. If you are outside the eu servers are terrible but nothing has been even remotely sorted.
I have even messaged mods about what to do and they are clueless. And they ypu tweet @Brav? He almost ceetainly ignores you completely unless you are Vetoed or a pro. There is elitism in things getting sorted and we all know it. My advice-discourage others from playing halo-only financial disincentives will make 343 take notice. Or on youtube make loads of videos about the problems in halo mm with video evidence-and if you get a following it may scare them into action cos 343 only care about their image. It shouldnt be this way, but 343 really are only for the pro halo players now and everything else has gone by the wayside.

. But anyway my advice is to move on and play a different game. I could reel off thousands of problems with the game and with 343 not doing a blam thing about it i would play a rival game and never play this one again expecting anything even remotely fair. Technically the correct forum place to post it in is in halo5 support page, but honestly dude dont go expecting any miracles. Their focus seems to be on warzone and $$$$ req points im afraid. Join a spartan company if you are determined to keep playing and want to share the pain with others who are probably just as annoyed as you are.
My Halo experience is getting worse on some days. I spend money on this game and these issues make me not want to play. I get kicked from a server and i have lost legendary reqs on warzone and arena before last night happened on warzone a few times lossing alot of items. I have in the past and today i decided enough is enough and wanted to voice my opinion. I was kicked from arena and i lost the req and now am banned this has happened alot in yhe past here n there and the ban is for 20 minutes. Its becoming to the point i may just find another game. I love Halo always have but online is all i invest money into now and play. . It didnt when i first played. But now im being kicked from servers or matches and loss of items. And has even relaunched the game from the title load randomly in a match etc. . And it was really difficult to reach someone to file a complaint i had to sign and put alot of info for somwthing i feel a email would be fine for. You should be able to submit a compliant on the game menu. .
