How EXACTLY is "combat bonus" calculated??

so as some of you may know from my earlier post I have been attempting gold on mission 4 in halowars with no success yet.

I I swear to god I only lost two, MAYBE 3 units throughout the whole mission and I calculated loosing two units would be around a 10 if it takes into account only units and I got a 3.73. Full disclosure I did loose the north base at the end which was utter -Yoink- but it happened.

Does “combat bonus” take into account buildings built to lost as well? And if anyone does know, how do you know? Also I refer only to campeign, not MP. Also side question does anyone know if forge dying and getting up again affects “combat bonus”?

Does ANYBODY know?

I wouldn’t be surprised if it did, but I think it also takes into account how many units you make as well, so do not make more than you need. Also this post does not go here since it is not directly related to Halo Wars 2.

If I put the post elsewear I wouldn’t get a useful response :expressionless: can everyone just cool down since halo wars 2 isn’t even out for months and there really isn’t that much to talk about it.

Anyway. Actually by that logic you need to make as many units as you can since units made/units lost is the calculation. So you want to make the top number (numerator) larger if you can and the denominator (bottom) smaller. So you need to build as many as you can actually.

It is not known because it’s a secret.

Well it also includes buildings. I will confirm this on YouTube when I release my gold guide. I have conquered mission 4 today and feel AMASING and am on mission 7 now. Once I get all the gold I’ll start to make the mission videos then be posting them periodically because YouTube. So just wait for that confirmation. But yeah. Total -Yoink- including buildings.

Also thanks a lot for finding this and stuff. I thought the halo wars website servers were disconnected or something
