I’m sure there’s already a thread for this but since I’m too lazy to dig for it… How does it work? When are points rewarded, what for, how many, etc.
what happens is the game screws you over throughout each round, and then it screws you over again when you have the most kills but place 3rd.
It has nothing to do with the most kills… It’s teamwork. It’s who you kill not how many. The objective is winning the game. Big bosses score the points.
Ive had the highest score, most boss kills and all that good stuff and still wasn’t placed 1st, multiple times… It makes no sense to me. But i dont care, so long as we win lol
Okay allow me to be more specific in what I’m looking for. How many points does killing enemy x give you? How many bonus points do you get for completing a round? Etc etc. Please don’t waste my time by saying “it’s a stupid system because blah blah blah”

it should tell you throughout the game. it pops up by your reticle each time you get a point. the tricky part about answering this question is that if you kill one grunt it might be 50 points, but if you kill a line of four them with four bursts from your BR with headshot, then you may get 300 points instead because it gives you multipliers for multi-kills.

That’s how I see it also. Winning means 25xx req points, that’s what I want…lol. I could care less who killed the most crawlers and grunts. The legendary and mythics are the big point and game winners. Might be a glitch if you the got most points and weren’t #1 on the points list. It looks like the score board is sorted by points.

Mythic Warden / (other bosses?) are worth 4000 pts. just to add to that list!
I believe some lower tier bosses (like hunters or knights that are bosses not just standard) are worth 500

Kills aren’t everything.
Assists and boss kills count as well.
If you only care for kills - your fault for scoring 3rd.
Anyone know the speed and kill bonuses per round?

nah i would much rather focus on the objective. my (albeit joking) point was that it is sometimes hard to follow how the ranking works. i would love to know (if you do know), how come sometimes people who are first in points are not ranked first at the end of the match? it seems like the person who does the most objective work should be placed highest. is there a RANKING point boost on killing a grunt that is one of the 100 grunts I’m supposed to kill in the first round vs a grunt in the round where we’re supposed to be killing mythic hunters?
