How Effective is Operator?

Alright so anyone who has used the Operator perk for vehicles, exactly how much more resilient are vehicles with it? I’m working on the specialization right now and I’m wondering how effective it will be.

It is pretty effective, while staying balanced, it can shrug off EMPs and the ones that do take affect last less than half as long as they normally would.

Also beefs the vehicle health up a slight bit, making it harder for team shooting to be as effective depending on the vehicle you are using.

It’s noticeable but not huge. I’d say you get 150% instead of the normal 100% (Guess). The stun recharge is good though, it’s pretty much halved. =’]

Good enough for me, anything that prolongs the life of the vehicles by even a slight amount is worth it in my opinion.

The emp stun time is noticeably shorter. you still have -Yoink- for health and die to 1 clip of dmr

I love the Wheelman perk, it’s great for Complex slayer (I always grab the Ghost and go straight at the opposing team’s Sniper spawn, works much better as Red team) and most of the BTB maps (don’t use it on Longbow, never grab a vehicle on it). Wheelman/Gunner and a Mantis is truly fearsome.

Yep, I guess we just have to accept that and try to be cautious while using vehicles.

I bet, a Mantis can be harassing enough but it would be a major nuisance with those two perks.
