I have a question. What does the motion tracker in Halo 5 well… track? I have been having a hard time understanding it. I like to sneak up on people, but since it is a motion tracker it makes it very difficult. Does it only track you when you sprint? Or is it proximity depending on if you are crouching, walking, or sprinting? Please help.
I think it’s now set that crouch walking or walking slow won’t show up on it. But walking, sprinting and using abilities shows up on it.

Also note that in warzone if you have radar armor mod it makes it so you don’t show up on radar if you’re walking, though I believe other people with the same mod may see you. In the hcs playlist motion tracker only tracks Spartan abilities and when they shoot, that includes sprint.
Which one? There are currently two motion trackers? The regular one and the one for the HCS Summer Preview playlist.
