How do I get a physical copy of the disc in exchange for a digital verson? Do I ask the gamestop employe, call Microsoft, or something?

You will have to call Microsoft Support in order to get a physical disc.This offer is valid only for buying Limited Collector’s Edition, as long as you didn’t use the code of the game.
