Hi guys, I’ve been a little out of the loop on this and I have a few questions.
So I know the CG episodes are streamed, but what about the levels themselves? Are they downloaded to the console? Can they then be played offline and by other accounts on the console?
Any information would be appreciated.
Season 1 (first 10 episodes) are already on the disk, but you need a gold account to “unlock” them for play.
As long as one gold account is playing then “guests” should be able to play them. (not tested)
Other seasons will have to be paid for and a gold account will be needed for that.

I haven’t actually tried this. I’d imagine the Gold account can unlock it for use offline with that profile, but I’m not sure about others.
I was under the assumption that they were unlocked per account. But, again, I haven’t tested that I’m afraid.
Just signed on with a silver account on my console and it tells you to get a gold account to play SpOps
I wonder if that’s intentional or if it’s like the other Halo 4 DLC? Thanks for the help guys.
