How does one host a big custom games lobby?

What’s your guys’ best method of getting people to join a custom game lobby? All of my methods seem to fail and only like one or two people join, even though others seemingly just message recent players and have 16 people in a matter of minutes.

Operation assassination tower and invite people was a success. People started leaving after like 15 minutes though so I was too slow.

Go into living dead with a mic and do good and command people what to do eventually they will take a likening to you and party up after , I normally get a full lobby after three to four games just don’t be an arrogant jerk and people will come to you
