How does one become a waypoint mod?

Always loved halo and wanted to be involved with the community. Start off slow, how does one become a mod? I would love to be a mod and i could be a very respectful one as well. Just lookin to do some good and start off slow by contributing to the community. Even if it is just simply being a mod for a website :slight_smile:

Someone asked this not too long ago in general discussion. I believe snickerdoodle said it wasn’t really something you applied for. More like, if you’re proactive within the community and always on, then they might reach out and offer you a position.
