how does LE get specialisations early?

from my little code sheet i got with the game it says you unlock one at SR50 and then one every 10 levels after

how does this in any way mean we get any early?

same here im just as confused as you

just a little bump

it’s not like my hearts going to stop again

Im pretty sure its that when we get to lvl 50 we can choose wichever one we like, however the people without limited edition only get to choose from 1 or 2, and they unlock more later.

I’m also a little bummed that it’s advertised “Launch day Early access” but it’s not available.

If it comes up and works later on today, no prob. But I’m just curious if it’s bugged or not.

This^

He is 100% correct, this is how it will work.
People who didn’t get the Limited Edition will only have access to two. :frowning:

  1. Please refrain from bumping so quickly. You don’t need to bump a topic within the first 3-5 pages, it will be seen

  2. I do not know specifically how LE gets early access to every Specialization once they’re activated, but I do know that anyone playing within the first 2 weeks of H4’s release will automatically get the same “perk.” So for the first 2 weeks, it’s automated anyways.

The progression ranks initially grade from SR1 to SR50. Players currently pool at SR50 at most because 343i wants a lot of the user base to be ready to use the Specializations once they’re activated. Because right now, they’re turned off just like Reach’s upper-ranks were at first.
Once the ranks are unlocked, players as mentioned above will then have access to choose a Specialization. 1 of 2 for non-LE users that don’t play within the first 2 weeks, 1 of 8 for LE users and 2-week users. Once you pick a path, you’re locked into that path till you finish it.
Each path is 10 SR levels equivalent to SR40-SR50’s trek.
At each level in the chosen path you will unlock armour pieces, visor colours and emblems but not have access to that power of the path you have chosen. Once you complete all 10 levels of your path, you will then unlock the Armour Mod to use just like a Tac. Upgrade/Support Upgrade.

Is the anyone playing in first two weeks worldwide? Last time i heard Europe was excluded from that deal!:S

Hope not but if so does anyone know the rough release schedule for non LE buyers?

from experiance on faster forum boards if it gets pushed to page 2 it’s often gone forever, slower boards where a topic may remain unreplied for over half an hour say you’ll often get replies from from all the way back to page 10 for example

So, if you didn’t get the LE or the email code from the SE, you would have come online, and once you reached SR-50, you would be prompted to pick a specialization. If you didn’t have early access to the specializations you would have to pick between 2 specializations. But since you have early access, you can pick between all 8 specializations.

You may come to find that Waypoint users, especially in the H4 section, don’t let topics disappear so easily.

And yes globally everyone unlocks all 8 Specs. if they play within the first 2 weeks. Never have I seen anything to the contrary.

If this is all how it really works, than the LE buyers are screwed over a bit. I didn’t buy it for this sole purpose but it is just a bit disappointing if that’s really how they’re going to handle stuff like this

-Yoink!- it, I was about to say the same thing. I am extremely disappointed.

lol Perfect timing on my part, I guess. Sorry about that

It’s better that it be this way. I have no qualms about LE getting unique armor since its purely cosmetic game changers though like specialization should be open to all equally.

I agree. A imbalanced and/or unfair multiplayer game isn’t great but still, it shouldn’t be advertised the way that it is; It’s very misleading.
