Hey everyone!
I recently bought an xbox one and just finished playing through the mcc and h5.
I thought it would be interesting to record time taken and total deaths
(This is from the first completion of the levels only)
All levels were done solo legendary
H1 - 9 hours 45 mins - 169 deaths
H2 - 11 hours 50 mins - 307 deaths
H3 - 6 hours 20 mins - 110 deaths
H4 - 5 hours 35 mins - 73 deaths
H5 - 9 hours flat - 50 deaths (although I did get downed probably 3x more)
To be honest halo 5’s campaign felt like a pretty good length to me the only problem was probably the AI of your team mates being so bad that it made the whole squad thing frustrating haha
Hopefully people find this interesting!
Also since im new to xbox one and halo 5 im looking for a Spartan company to join and/or people to slayer/warzone with!

Oh also! The only other problem I really had with halo 5 were the hunters! they are way too fast and strong haha, probably 50% of my deaths :L

haha yeah and they 360 quickscope you from across the map in a split second :L
I have to ask: did you use speed running techniques for halos CE-4? I would’ve expected halo 3 to be way longer than halo 5. Good to have some stats showing that halo 5 legendary isn’t as short and easy as many claim. Did you just get into halo?

Nah I just did every level the way its meant to be, even took some detours to get achievements.
The only skip I did was on that level on halo 4 when you fly the pelican straight into the final building and skip most of the level, so you could add another 30-40 mins to halo 4 and that would look a bit more accurate
Halo 3 is a really fast game I recon, most of the missions are only around half an hour and the difficulty is dialled way back from halo 2

Not to mention the soldiers’ health and a few of the promethean encounters

Nah halo 3 imo was the 5th easiest and longest.
My list goes as follows from easiest to hardest. No speed runs
Halo 3 ODST
Halo 4
Halo CE
Halo 5
Halo 3
Halo Reach
Halo 2
Halo 5 compares poorly in the story side of things. There were improvements imo, I thought the pace of multiplayer was good, but too much has been removed, and they missed opportunities with what was left imo. Halo 5 is certainly not the best Halo imo.
