How does a new season launch and desync is worse, spawns are worse, and your weapon just stops firing at random!?

20 ms and I get desync like crazy I’m starting to think they gotta be lying about what’s being shown cause I played a game at 156ms and it ran smoothly?!?! but most of my 20-40 ms games are basically unplayable

I uninstalled 6+ weeks ago on my Xbox One X. Lag and De-Synch suck the fun out of this game.

80% of my matches were connecting to a European (Amsterdam) server and give me 250+ ms ping times. 20% of my matches are at 25 ms ping, which I know from manually selecting the Server in MCC / H5 are in Seattle. I’m in Alberta Canada, so how the hell is 250 ms Amsterdam a better server than Seattle at 25 ms?

I had hoped that maybe this stuff had finally been resolved in 2.0, but from what people are saying, it hasn’t changed and they actually broke even more things. So glad i didn’t even waste the time downloading ti to be even more dissapointed with 343’s ability to deliver. Clearly they have no one doing Q&A testing for them and are just laying steaming logs out on the floor.

You can thank the new trigger deadzone settings. I haven’t been keeping up as much lately, but I don’t remember 343 talking about new deadzone settings. You would think 343 would spend some time explaining a feature that impacts your shot.

Not sure why we even need the new setting.

Yeah I find that 50ms is kind of a sweet spot but not always. The lower my ping that worse the desync is. However anything above 70ms is also horrible.
