How do you weld vehicles in forge?

So trying forge out… I have pretty much zero experience. Do I just place a joint between them? Is there a option that says “weld”? A bit lost and remembering why I never got into forge to being with. Forge is a whole new world of Halo

I don’t forge but I vaguely remember something about setting the physics to phased and having the main object be the parent object. I also thought I’d bump this thread up for you

May give it a look later. To busy getting my butt kicked in FFA now

Just a heads-up that the last update made a mess of vehicle welding.

You don’t have to use joints.

Take Warthog, set it’s physics to Phased. Apply items to it, also set to phased physics. Then, select all the objects and the Warthog, and group/weld them. Set the parent object to the Warthog, and change physics to Normal. Boom, welded vehicle.
