How do you unlock the Raider Armor?

I know that your supposed to unlock this armor via Halo Waypoint, but
how are you supposed to unlock it? Do you have to find all Halo 4 Terminals?

One more thing, what are the steps to unlock the Raider Armor?

People have the codes there. You’ll have to read through it for the details. It’s easier to do it on waypoint on your Xbox. And when you unlock all the pieces, you get a Raider helmet for your Avatar.
