I’m playing constantly, unlocking reqs. And I still only have 1 assassination and no weapons skins.
Yep, that is the nature of the random number generator…just keep opening those silver packs!
I’ve got a weapon skin for a gun that I don’t even have yet…
Open up them REQs
You gotta open REQ packs. Bad thing is you can’t choose any of these. You basically get them randomly.
Pay stupid amounts of money or keep playing a total of 680* hours for complete unlock.
*RP boost and match win bonus will lower this number by a fraction of minutes.
Open Req’s. Count on RNG not to screw you each and every time. Which it does and will continue to do.
What no one told me is that we gather req,points after playing matches and when you go to the requisition menu in your menu, you can spend your in game credits on either Bronze, Silver or Gold packs. By now you should have a lot of req,points stacked up for not using it. I was the same way and bought about 6 gold packs at once and 10 silver packs and I started to see how everybody was getting this stuff. Hope this helps.

Don’t waste your time with silver until you have all the legendary cards you want. Finally got Kelly’s Armor so I’m official done. What’s odd is soon after I had all the stars characters sets, which makes me think its fixed.

No no no. Go silver first, THEN go gold. Once you get all the rare and lower permanents, then you’ll ALWAYS get ultra-rare or higher perms in gold packs. It saves you a good chunk of REQ points compared to just going with gold packs, too.
The same way you unlock all the content in game, randomly.
Pray to RNGesus.
Start from the bottom and move up, eliminate the chance of bad drops in expensive packs buy doing bronze packs first and unlocking all of your commons. FYI there is 1 stance and 2 assassinations available at the common level. As for skins just got to hope for the best. If you go to you service record and select requisitions and mess with the filtering system you can see whats available at each tier.
RNG, i’ve gotten the two common assassinations from silver packs, as well, a few skins from silver/gold packs.
I opened up gold packs by earning req points in online multiplayer games and ended up getting the “Nice Try” assasination (you have to collect 10,000 points in order to open gold packs without paying for them) but for the record I usually get jacked whenever I open one, but u occasionally get lucky like I did

Anyway it doesn’t really help to relay information that people who own the game should probably already know.
After a few months I got 1 assassination, the recycling one. Is there another way to get more?

To answer your question, you get them from req packs.
