When im in Br fights people can strafe Extremely fast. Soo how do you do this is there a certain setup you need?
You’re going to want to position yourself at a diagonal angle to where you want to go. Then, what you do it hold forward on the joystick, and the c-button corresponding to the direction you want to move in. You will find that this is faster movement than strafing sideways or moving forward alone.
I use this to get around Temple really fast, there’s some really big rooms on that level. First one to the moonraker laser on that map usually wins.

HAHAHA!! You’re such a -Yoink-. These poor kids can’t handle what you’re throwing at them. I bet he never even saw a 64.
Remember to always strafe jump to increase your speed, to do this follow these steps.
-
The player presses the thumbstick forward, preparing to make the first jump. The forward stick is always used, and is the distinguishing factor between strafe jumping and air strafing.
-
While keeping the forward stick pressed, the player jumps, and pressing either the move left or the move right stick (ergo the strafe in the term, strafe-jumping). The strafe and jump buttons should be pressed at the same time, and the jump button immediately released.
-
To gain maximum acceleration and speed, the player must now move the stick gradually to the correct degree (i.e., turn) in the direction of the strafe, while still holding down the two aforementioned button/ stick.
-
For successive strafe-jumps, the player immediately jumps again on landing, swapping the direction of strafe as well as turning their direction if necessary to avoid obstacles.

I laughed.
As to main point the fast stafe is done using the “SK Strafe” method, otherwise known as the Skrafe.
Instead of letting the joystick hit the edges of the controller when moving it during the strafe only go about 3/4. Stop right before you hit the edge, and repeat in the opposite direction back and forth quickly. You will strafe a bit faster. This works online better than LAN, but is still a neat trick.
