How do you speedrun ONI Sword Base?

So I’m trying to get all the par time achievements for Reach, and the one that’s giving me the most trouble is Sword Base.
My two biggest time wastes are:

  • The courtyard section doesn’t end until Kat is near the gates - The final section doesn’t end until Jorge is at the top of the tower, even if you take out the banshees.So essentially I’m asking what’s the fastest way to clear out the courtyard and the tower

I’ll just ask you straight up. Did you want to do this co-op? I’m pretty quick if I do say so myself, haha.
I have the Reach Legendary under 3 hours so I might be of some help. I normally speedrun CE but I can do some Reach.
