How do you report someone effectively?

Is it possible to report someone you suspect of hacking/tampering?

I notice someone with the ‘Breach’ stance despite the fact he is nowhere near completing the required commendation…

I think the most you can do is “File A Complaint” via the standard Xbox process. I believe there’s a “modding/hacking” option in there.

But no option on this website/forum? His spartan’s stance is plain to see for everyone whenever he posts, yet he’s nowhere near completion of the commendation…

Hmmm I’d hold out on reporting someone just for that. The reason being that the other day I went into a matchmaking lobby and noticed my stance was completely different and I was only rank 25 at the time.

I checked to see if I had unlocked the stance and it wasn’t listed! Anyway I played a few matches with the same stance being show until I switched off my xbox. Later when I went back on my stance had changed to the default one. So I would say its just one of Halo 4’s niggly little glitches.
