You can’t point out specific users. Use the XBoxLive reporting system.

I’m not near my Xbox, but I think all you need to go to recent players, find the guy, View Gamer Profile -> Report (or feedback, something like that)

^ What he said. It’s not a report to 343 but it does report him to Microsoft.

Holy crap, that’s definitely an aimbot. File a complaint for cheating. Hopefully others did the same.
