Well I am starting some stuff up. Starting with a Halo Book club. Which we are currently going though the Fall of Reach.

Shouting out someone is usually against the rules. So I would avoid it.
If its about someone breaking the rules report them.

Yes. As you post more and more, your rank will eventually increase. Just don’t spam and be sure to follow the forum rules.

You can find the rank information post around somewhere, detailing the number of posts needed for each rank.
It increases with each rank, starting with promotions every few posts, and eventually going up by hundreds and thousands.
There are a lot of topics and potential here, so it really shouldn’t be hard to meaningfully contribute and post more without spamming.
Would be nice if there was a link to a guide near your rank on the bio page. Searching the forum doesn’t currently help much.
