How do you properly get the "DIRECTOR MEDAL" ?

So I was curious on where the Halo Waypoint blog is at and how to post you vid to it.
The description to obtain the Director medal is the : " Director - Has a machinima or montage posted on the Halo Waypoint blog "
So would the forums be where to post you creation? If not where?
That and Bs Angel or any Monitor has stated to direct message them the link with your Clip, and Ive done so only to learn from a lot of monitors post that there Inbox is crying! haha I take it its full of mail, but If anyone can assist. . . That would be great.
