How do you Upload Videos From Halo: Reach without using a Capture Card? Please and Thanks!
Without a capture card? The only answer I can think of is magic 
But honestly, with video rendering now gone, it’s impossible to upload Reach videos to the internet without the use of a capture device. Sorry!

You would have needed a capture device to get 720p+ quality.
Before, you could have rendered through Bungie but that service is not available anymore. The alternative way is to find someone who captures for community members and upload your clip/game to a file share and him download it, capture it, and send it to you.
if you have a camcorder that supports a/v in, then you can capture in 480p. Then you have to transfer the video from the camcorder to your computer with a cable.
