How do i leave a spartan company
To leave a company you made you need to disband it first. Go to your Spartan Company’s main page. Just underneath the members and established date you will see various links. Click “administration”, now click the “administration/manage members”, scroll down and you will see the disband option.
To resign from a company you are just a member of, click the forum menu drop down on the top right of the website (where your avatar shows) and select Spartan Company Profile. In the banner area of your company page will be a link to resign. You must then enter your gamertag and click resign to confirm your resignation.

That means these directions should work perfectly for you. You cannot “leave” your current company- you will need to disband it.

If you have been invited then you should receive a message to your Waypoint inbox. You can also request to join a Company by visiting the Company’s profile. Once you have sent your request to join, a Company Leader or Lieutenant must decide to accept or reject your request to join.
