How do you hope Blue Team will look if they're in

As of the end of Halo: Bad Blood, Blue Team is together, with Chief still leading the team. In the Infinite teaser/engine demo we see Chief wearing more classic-looking armor. If the rest of Blue Team is in Infinite, how do you think they’ll look? Do you think they’ll be wearing the same armor they did in Halo 5, or more classic-looking armor as well?

Considering that teaser was more of an engine test, we can’t even be sure that’ll be the final design for the armor. Considering it looked very Mark VI, it was likely just a higher quality version of that armor put in place of the actual final product because they hadn’t finished it before the ‘teaser’.

Regardless, I think Blue Team’s armor will roughly stay the same. Their overall armor look hasn’t changed too drastically over the years. Mostly just Spartans that used to don the original Mark IV and V moving to other variants of the MJOLNIR armor. Such as the EVA, Scout, Recon, EOD, and Security variants.

Engine test or not, I think 343i made pretty clear the art style is going back to a more Bungie-era look and feel. So I think its a safe bet Chief will rock something similar to Mk VI in Infinite with some bells and whistles of the H4/5 visuals. And IF such a mixture of styles is indeed implemented I HOPE Blue Team will look more like Mk VI armor with some attachments that resemble their H5/extended universe looks. However, realistically, I suspect they look more like streamlined versions of their H5 looks.

This, for instance, would be preferable to me. (Taken from the H4 concept art book)

Depends on why Chief has different armour in Infinite. If it’s something like his old armour got busted so he needed a new set, then no I don’t think they’d have different armour unless something also happened to theirs. If it’s purely art style choice, then I think they will look different.

The acceptable theory is that the armor is a product of GEN3, a platform which aims into replicating the protective design of GEN1 with the functionality of GEN2.

That’d be cool. I’d be fine with it either way.
