I am interested to know how people get there Perfections easiest.
The main guide lines you should use is;
Wether you can even get Perfections
What map you get it most on
What weapon/vehicle you use most
What AA you use most (if you do)
What Game-type you get it most
What your strategy is
For me I find it easiest to get a Perfection on Ragnorok in BTIS using a mantis sitting over by the downed Pelican just picking people off and retreat behind the little hill when I start to get shot at.
Well majority of the time people get it by camping on BTB, and/or by using vehicles.
I don’t. 
By making the other team quit. I’m just that awesome! (Seriously, my only Perfection, I got just enough kills for a Running Riot. Then the game ended because everyone had quit. :P)
I got one perfection in Dominion on Exile by camping Alpha base with the SAW and Sniper Rifle. Every time the base resupplied, my murderous streak continued with the aid of fresh killing tools. I was letting my team do their own thing; I didn’t care about the win. I just sat in A while the slightest mistake of the enemy was punished with instant death…again and again. I laughed as they attempted to flee from their inevitable slaughter.
That’s gotta be my only legit perfection. The rest were cough cough attained by less than admirable means.

Same here. Haven’t gotten a single one.
So far, my 3 perfections were from using the Mantis. on Ragnarock by hanging out by the hill and pelican, and another from Meltdown by hanging out by my team’s side of the bridge attacking anyone crossing it or by sniping players off from the Emmy bunker using the rockets.
Both times, the teams were very supportive, and there were plenty of.times were if I didn’t have them watching out for me, I would’ve been boarded or shot up by their big vehicles.
The perks I used were Wheelman for the PP employees reduction and more durability, and gunner for the faster cooldown(have no idea if it actually works for the mantis but I use it anyway).
Slayer is the gametype.
Got one by just running around, I think 10 or a couple more were done sniping. Got most of them in Ragnarok and Exile. Got a couple on Solace. Got 2 on Ragnarok in Banshees.
If it counts saying this, I have 2 Flood games with 19 kills and 0 deaths each. Meaning, 2 Clever medals and 1 Ancient One.
Wether you can even get Perfections:
I have only six Perfections so far, on the account I don’t try for them and, except for once, didn’t even realize I was on a Perfection until the game ended.
What map you get it most on:
I have them on Exile, Ragnarok and Longbow.
What weapon/vehicle you use most:
I have one using the Scorpion;
I have on using the Gauss Hog;
I have one using a combination of the Banshee and Gauss Hog;
The other three just using load-out weapons, ODs etc and playing normally around the maps.
What AA you use most (if you do):
AAs were irrelevant for the three vehicle Perfections.
One other used Hologram…one AC…the last irrelevant as I was just running around being a nut and didn’t have time to use an AA; how I didn’t die is still a mystery to me!
What Game-type you get it most:
Five were BTIS and one in IS.
What your strategy is:
As mentioned above,I do not set out to go for Perfections. If they happen, they happen, if they don’t, they don’t. Unfortunately, with my attitude, it will take a long time to finish this commendation!

Any time you can play passively with power weapons there is a good opportunity. CTF on big maps as well as BTB provide both of those capabilities and adequate cover once you get it. Otherwise, getting a good team together can open up new possibilities. DOUBLES could work too, I suppose if you have one person constantly charging to give you easy kills. I would think the DMR (post update) is the best weapon of choice since it’s the perfect mix of power, range, and accuracy.
My three are like yours - two Ragnarok, one Shatter.
I get most of mine by out BRing clumps of kids left and right and snapshotin domes all over the place in team throwdown as I go 30 and zip, all the while talkin mad smack before, during, and after.
Most of mine were done by vehicle-ing it up in BTB, but my ballsier Perfections I had one in SWAT on Shutout, Slayer on Haven, and Slayer on Monolith. I mainly just used my starting weapons with whatever my POD would give me.

I just use a BR and kill. I don’t camp and I don’t hide after I get to 15 kills. I just keep going. Gotten hundreds of perfections in Halo 3 and Reach combined so I know how it goes. Halo 4 is annoying with instant respawn I just stay aware of getting enemies spawning behind me.
Mostly slayer modes not so much BTB. I never use vehicles. Ever. Usually just have Hologram.
I got one playing Team Snipers on Shutout.
Another playing Team Infinity Slayer on Abandon.
Without using the Boltshot, DMR, or Camo.
And the rest in Big Team with either the Mantis, Banshee, or Sniper.
I almost got one yesterday on Ragnarok, but died within the last eight seconds of the game.
This was because I had run out of ammo for my LR, and had nothing but a SAW.
The game had about 30 seconds left, and I had 14 kills and no deaths.
I realized that I had no choice but to rush.
I did and was able to get a kill, but was then ambushed by four or five players.
I was aggravated, but eventually got over it.
Most people get 15+ kills and no deaths by playing extremely passively and letting their opponents come to them. Camo snipers in BTB is another common one.
In Infinity Slayer you can abuse radar and employ ordinance to great effect against unsuspecting opponents.
I prefer precision utility weapons and I’m quite aggressive.
I could have a higher K/D ratio if I was more passive and abused the above and objective variants more but that would bore me since I find Halo most fun when you meet someone on equal footing and out-skill them or are out-skilled yourself (“the dance of death”).
FFA variants are good if you have great map and map movement awareness but don’t have the best shot as you can out-manoeuvre and pick off opponents kills.
I don’t really know how to describe it. They just kinda of happen for me. But NEVER EVER say ANYTHING about getting a perfection, because the halo gods will hear you and smite your -Yoink- down with such terrible power that your future children will feel the rage and depression you feel when you die…so don’t say anything.
Got mine in Ragnarok in the banshee and Meltdown in the mantis. Oh got an untouchable perfection on Exile once in the banshee too. All in BTIS.
