How do you get vehicles to respawn in forge?

I’ve been messing around with so many of the respawn/despawn settings for mongooses/warthogs, but whenever they get destroyed they just never come back. Even in custom games they never re-spawn

My current spawn settings for vehicles:

vSpawning

Order >>> 0

vRespawn

Enabled >>> On
Condition >>> On death/destruction
Timer >>> 15

vDespawn

on timer >>> Off
on abandoned/disturbed >>> Off
