How do You get those pictures directly right of your name?

i looked on Halo Reach and some high-ranks have a logo of something like ODST or Halo 3 directly right of their gamer-tag and i am wondering how you get that.

Go to Bungie.net, and register your GT, if you haven’t already, and edit your profile.

You will see the 'Name Plates" there, and then can pick one, and have it for yourself.
