Yeah. You can check your service record in the game to see how much time you’ve spent in Customs. The custom Browser definitely makes completing the 50 hours easier. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure you don’t get the helmet immediately after getting 50 hours completed. 343i sends the helmet out in waves. So if you have 50 or more hours in customs, just sit tight until the next wave of Timmy helmets is sent out.

Yep. 50 hours. Isn’t that long, if you think about it. 2 hours a day, and you’ll have it within a month. 1 hour a day, take 'bout a month 'n a half.

Yes:

> The Timmy helmet has been granted to all players who’ve played at least 50 hours of custom games in Halo 5. From now through March 31st, we’ll be running a query on a weekly basis and granting the Timmy helmet to players who have hit the 50 hour mark. Please note that we plan to run this process once a week (and not necessarily a fixed day of the week) so you won’t immediately receive Timmy the instant you reach 50 hours played.
