How do you get the TEISHIN RAIKOU

I got the helmet and armor from the first few REQ packs I opened, i believe they were the starter packs you get at the beginning of the game. I’m not sure about the rarity but you’ll have to open silver or gold REQ packs until you get the set I believe, or at least a variant of it.

I haven’t gotten mine yet. And I remember ads saying you could get the armor if you played the game before Nov. 7. I’m confused.

I got the helmet earlier today in a gold pack and am hoping to get the armour to go along with it at some point because I like to wear a matching set when at all possible

Huh. I haven’t heard about that. Might be why I got it so easily O.o.
