does it have to be solo? my friends and i beat it on legendary but i still dont have it

It doesn’t matter if you play solo or co-op…
But you have to be connected to xbox live!

I had the same problem. And no it doesnt have to be solo. Go to you Halo 4 stats and it will tell you what lvls you have beat on legandary sometimes it will lag or something and not count the lvl when u beat it.
