I know you’ve probably heard this a thousand times…
I’ve decided I’m going to try for the Running The Show achievement. I know it takes a while. Just wondering what are the ways of getting the best possible score in a match?
Or if you know of a thread about this already could you give a link to it?

rush and kill rebels bases aswell
quick games + decent amount of points compared to the length of the match
on release get the hooks and release the flood. Kill it to earn points quick.
If you really want to get your general ( rank doesnt mean anything in this game though) you can GPD mod it. takes 5 min. max lol
To get a better multiplier you need to kill multiple units without losing many of your units. If you are just in it for the points, I would suggest clearing out rebel bases. I would also suggest the use of tanks or banshees.

might be patched though, its been a while since a “friend” of me did it

Yeah well he asked how. I never did it but sometimes I spam ghost at low levels for fun after taking all the bases. I know some people just want the general rank and are forced to play mm. If they don’t wanna play, fine by me.

Something like this would work.
To ‘search out a friend’ in 1v1, you first want to have close to the same trueskill (<5 TS difference). Then, have one person press start and wait til he is “Waiting for Players”. Then have the other person start up, and after a few seconds of looking for a “Fast Search” you should both see “Attempting Join”. This is how you set up a match with the matchmaking system, if you both just press start at the same time, you won’t find each other because you’re both “Fast Searching” for people that are waiting for players, and then you’re both “Waiting for Players” while neither of you are fast searching for a game.

if you 1v1 or 2v2, and you notice they are noob, mess with them with spartan tanks, level up, run away, destroy their armies, dont destroy their bases unless they kill your bases. then its an eye for an eye.
keep doing it till they quit.
if you are covy, just only use your leader. if you get a scarab, you risk them rage quitting.
I didn’t read most of the posts, but here is how I got lots of points when I used to try. I used to use my leader to kill bases/ get stars, and lock 50 grunts in my base so I would get a multiplier for making units, but not losing any, while killing units with my 3 star leader (usually flying prophet).
Also you can play Deathmatch as prophet, and just spam wraith. they’re basically invincible, and destroy a ridiculous amount of crap before they eventually do die. just fly around cleansing rebel bases and spamming wraith in 2v2 unarranged.
Super turtling is another good way.
