How do you get the gametype "Insane"

I see so many people with the gametype Insane but they say you need to download it. The websites they say are updated into other games. How do I get it

The only way I know of to currently get any of the Insane or Mythic gametypes is to download them from the Halo Reach file browser. Neither are an actual gametype, but more of a placeholder to keep the game from crashing when playing gametypes that a.) Bunige added in after the game was launched or b.) community made modded gametypes.
