How do you get the Fotus Helmet?

Did you have to Pre-order the game to get the helmet, or is it a secret achievement you get in waypoint?

FOTUS is only available to those who purchase the special edition Halo 4 console

You can only get it as a pre-order code, happy ebay hunting

Fotus if extremely expensive, you’d be better off getting the MCC so you get Fotus as a unlocked armor set.
