How do you get the bungie callsign ingame?

Hello all, I would love to have the bungie callsign next to my name… can you all help me?

The Reach Bungie nameplate was available to Bungie Staff and players who unlocked the Eternal Flame Armour Effect with the Waypoint app on an iOS device. Unfortunately when 343 was handed control of the games server and stat servers by bungie they did not get the part that handles nameplates so the ability to add or change them was lost forever.
