How do you get the Achilles armor set?

I know it’s unobtainable through REQ packs. And I also know you need to join a spartan company to get it.
I need all the steps! I’m am really concentrated on getting this armor set!
In fact, I am willing to help others achieve it too. (A mutual friendship if you will.)
I also understand that the armor is easier to get than the helmet.
I want the helmet much more than i want the armor.

Achilles (Body)
All Spartan Company Commendations with level 3 complete/level 4 started to recieve the Achilles body set.

Achilles (Helmet)
All Spartan Company Commendations must be completed.

So you should start looking for a company

I’m in the way to unlock it, but it’s really hard to achieve.

To get the armour you need to be in a company when they complete all level 3 kill commendations. Helmet same thing at level 5.
