How do you get the 1k emblem and the LASO? How do you prove you did LASO? (I didn’t yet I am just wondering)

1k emblem is for completing 1000 wargames matchmaking games and entering terminal code.

LASO emblem has yet to be given a way to unlock it I believe

Thanks. Now that I think of it I have seen two people with more strange emblems. It was the Tiger and the hawk from the team colors in customs. Does anyone know how they got them?
