How do you get mark IV helmet?

i keep hearing you get it by beating campaign on legendary. i have done this and i’ve beaten co-op on heroic…so whats the deal or is there something else that you aft to do?

What I want to know, is after all these games, why is there no MARK V?

Well I can only speak from my experience, but I already beat the game solo legendary.

Got 5 for 230, avatar award, mark IV helmet, visor color, and the complete mark IV spartan II suit for online MP and the 117 dog tag emblem. Don’t know why it’s not showing up for you but mine was present right after the credits and ending were done playing.

But the thing is did you do it offline or online ?, I did it offline, because I just didn’t want to be disturbed, and I completed the whole campaign on legendary by myself and I still earned the achievements but no armor ?

I think you need to be connected to Xbox Live for it.

Same problem here, Halo 4 servers were acting up while I was beating campaign on legendary solo, I got the achievements but no helmet. Hopefully 343i will fix this.

Same issue as OP. In the campaign menu it shows that I have completed the game solo legendary, but on waypoint it shows that I have only completed the first two missions. I did play offline as well for the majority of the campaign.

You get the H3 Mk VI helmet when you complete on Legendary and you also get the other parts of the armor but those parts have all been changed a bit. So it’s not really Mk VI anyway, its another redesign by 343. Why does 343 keep messing with stuff?? A lot of us actually wanted the real original Mk VI, not some unnecessary rehash.

The helmet is true to the original though.

I just completed mission 5 on solo legendary and all the missions previously. On waypoint it says I’ve only completed missions 1-4. But if I check in-game it tells my I did complete mission 5. Should I go back and replay mission 5 or should I wait and see if waypoint fixes this?

Side note: I do recall seein ppl with the same issues on mission 5.

I’ve noticed 0EXP challenges are completed when I completed each level on Legendary. Perhaps these challenges are linked to the armour. If that’s the case, then you have to make sure that you’re connected to Xbox Live when you’re completing the levels.

That’s actually Mark V, not Mark VI which is what MrGiggleButts was asking about.
