The most effective way to earn Legendary items is to first map out the req pool and then focus on gaining the Legendary items from Gold Packs. This is due to the fact that a maxed up req pool will cause the Gold Packs to return 60% of the req points spend which effectively reduces the price from 10,000 req points to 4,000 req points.
In order to do this as quickly as possible, you should unlock packs in the following order.
- Spend req points on Silver Packs until the permanent items gets replaced with 3,000 req points. - Spend req points Gold Packs until the permanent items gets replaced with 6,000 req points - You are to spend a lot of req points on Gold Packs in order to obtain a large collection of none permanent Ultra Rare and Legendary items

These packs will sometimes give permanent items. In addition to that, you can also see useless none permanent req cards in order to get a higher req point return for the different packs.
When it comes to the daily login packs, these packs will usually give 200 req points and 4 none permanent cards which can be sold. A similar thing can also be said with the other 3 types of daily win packs.

My way was to play warzone till I get gold packs
If you want to get all the items unlocked follow that Silver-Gold pack method.
If you want to get good XP boosts, I’d recommend saving your RP until the next time the legendary XP boost packs go on sale.
