How do you get halo Atlas?

Atlas is the mobile app that lets you see maps while you are playing.
How do I get it?
If I search Halo Atlas on the Windows Phone marketplace I don’t find anything, and I don’t see anything in the halo waypoint app either…

I had this problem too. On windows phone it is a patch for waypoint that will have atlas on the start screen. If no update is prompted, uninstall waypoint and then re-install.
