What do you mean by spec armor? For the 360 version, there’s the Raider armor that you unlock by completing certain criteria and then entering glyph codes on the 360’s Halo Waypoint. Then there’s lots of other armor sets that are unlocked by ranking up or are added by DLC bundles or by pre-ordering the game ahead of release.
