How do you get animated halo wars 2 animated nameplate?

So I was doing some halo 4 matches last week on MCC and 2 of my teammates had an animated halo wars 2 nameplate that was of Red team does anyone know how to get it I tried looking for it on the seasons and couldn’t find it?

Is it the one of Jerome shooting his pistol? It should be in the Season 7 unlocks.
