What can you do for 343? They don’t hire people to play their games, well they do but not fans

I’m guessing that you would need to meet and exceed the qualifications set by their demands, have several years of experience in game development or similar tasks as well as being a huge fan of Halo games.

If you really want a job in the games industry, Microsoft should have career opportunities for you.

As should any large game company to be honest.

Going straight to 343 might not be the most fruitful of journeys.
