How do you find out your TRUE SKILL?

Some people are saying to me that there’s a TRUE SKILL rank, but it’s only visible in waypoint…

I can’t see a True Skill thing in Waypoint anywhere!

It’s not implemented yet. You can goto halotracker.com and get a true skill rank for now though…
