Personally every time I load up H4 I want to shut off my stereo, I like the game but I wish they would have gone with a better music choice. Give me music that gets me pumped up, not that makes me cringe, idk anyone else have any thoughts?
They need to pump us up with a song like they had at the beginning of Reach

…Now I just try and get into the War Games menu as fast as possible. I prefer that music to the opening Main Menu now.
It’s a nice tune, but not something I’m as fond of as the other tracks in the game (This Armor, 117, Arrival…) or the previous games. Good track, but it didn’t have the same ‘replay value’ for lack of a better term, that past games menu’s had.

Yes I agree with you, I also jump in the war games menu fast as I can to avoid the music. Now music is the biggest example of personal opinion in life but the tone and pitch of the menu music makes me cringe and is a somewhat irritable feeling. Even if the tone of the game is supposed to be dark and solomn theres still great ways to have that music, like ODST was a great example of that dark lonely tone of music but yet I could listen to that and still get hyped to play. I don’t believe nostalgia is the reason for that either.
I hate when I let halo 4 load n walk away from my controller. I hear a screaming lady from my TV n it scares me ._.
I like Halo 4 a lot but the music is one part that I just didn’t care for.

Don’t really like the music when you launch into Infinity. The start screen is pretty well done.
It is the first song I listen to when I listen to the soundtrack.

Keep going in and out of war games menu till Green and Blue or Wreckage start. too bad they’re not extended.

classic Halo’s were much better. IMO. i love never forget from Halo 2.
I will say when your on that saber flying above the Didacts ship through slipspace the music that plays is probably my favorite in H4 for sound, timing, and immersion.

I don’t like the Halo 4 menu music.
I love it. I think it is beautiful and hope that they make something similiar for Halo 5.
Mainly indifferent about it, but leaning towards good.
