How do you deal with audio issues?

For people like me who have audio issues playing MCC, like severe crackling, how do you personally stop it/combat it?

Personally I’ve had to switch my audio playback from DVD Quality to Studio Quality every time I play Reach and DVD to CD quality every time I play CE. Kinda’ tedious, curious how other people deal with it.

I personally haven’t seen any issues whatsoever with sound. I think it may be because I have a separate Pci express soundcard.
