How do you counter campers?

Well I just want to see if there is a good way to counter campers. Like in Abandon, all a team really needs to do is use their bolt shops and camp on that tower in the middle of the map. How do you counter something like that? I started using promethian vision and that helped, but is there any other way?

Stay back and use the br or the dmr. If you have grenades, use them. Also, run up and fall back so they’ll miss with the bolt -Yoink!-. After they miss, take them down!

I actually have a class set up for campers. :stuck_out_tongue:

It has active camo and stealth on it. I’ll just sneak around and take him out.

Rush CQC weapon in the beginning. CAMP.

Counter-camp them then.

The Hardlight Shield is good at soaking overcharged Boltshot. Hologram is also good at making aggressive Boltshot users pop out of there cover, doesn’t work in repetition thought. Jetpack can also surprise campers on Abandon and Complex.

Or you could just spam frag grenades with the Grenadier perk on… :stuck_out_tongue:

Take this guys advice. Remember, if you camp, the other team turns into a wooden board.

that sounds too cheap =/ ive seen enough players throwing 10 grenades at me when they see me

but what about when an entire team is camping in 1 location?

For abandon I have a tactic I use.

I’ll let my radar ping on one side of the tower. and depending on my loadout I would either just let them break position. toss 1 grenade sprint or crouch-walk to the other side and run up or jet pack over toss one more grenade. then proceed to pick them off as they scramble around trying to find me when the angles are bad for them since they where camping.

It works for me quite well managed to pull a few triple kills that way. and hearing killjoy from a campers death just brings me so much satisfaction.
