Wich strategy you used in Attack on Sanctum for capture the temple?
tell me
I rush it with a bunch of guys. Works about 50% of the time. That’s my best strategy.
Best to rush with half of the team in there and kill the enemies.
It’s easier if you have some friends with you or communicate with each other, as most of the time people rush to the garage… while it’s perfectly fine, if everyone rushes there, the enemy team can take the temple in the same time…

Before this ridiculous fireteam limit of 6 we would do a 10-2 split and not even touch the temple at first. We would send 2 to our garage to clean it up and rush 10 to their garage and cap it before even dealing with the temple. Any opposition from their team that rushed temple would die pretty quick with 10 guys coming at them. If someone died we would rotate the person that died with one of the guys capping our garage. This would force the other team to spawn their own core and then slowly we would have the two guys that capped our garage, plus maybe 2 more cap the temple while we hold them back in their core forcing a triple cap.
This worked 90% of the time, and even when a strong team could hold our initial push off we would just bum rush the temple 10 or 11 strong and take it anyway. The only thing they could stop was the triple cap.
This is the way Warzone is meant to be played. Full team coordination between 12 guys. The fireteam limit has made it 6 guys trying to do everything while 6 randoms run around shooting AR’s at people from 200 yards away. Almost impossible to enjoy it now.
If 343 didn’t limit fireteams, it could be done consistently. Now it comes down to luck and hoping your randoms help push with you or its a lost cause.
Strategy wise…pushing temple with majority of your team. Sending a few to attic and controlling their side doorways.
But if i play alone?

Pretty much impossible to take it alone. Everyone spawns there so it’s alway occupied. I’d like to know the stats on the turnover rate of the temple and how often the team that initially caps it wins the match.
Make a beeline to the temple with most of your team; leave a smaller group behind to defend and capture the local armory.

No, but incite the others to help capturing the temple playing alone

So it’s only fun for you if you can win 90 percent of the time with little to no effort

Little to no effort? You think coordinating 12 guys to work seamlessly requires little to no effort? That no effort is required to develop solid strategies that are difficult to counter? And trust me, when we would hit a very strong group of 12 having solid strategies and working together is the only thing that would keep us from getting pushed back into our core and getting wrecked like all these other randoms that think Warzone is meant to be played alone.
My argument is there should be two Warzones. One for fireteams of 6 and below for people that like to run around with no real plan, and one for fireteams up to 12 for people that have developed solid strategies and want good games with both teams having a real game plan. Even if we had to wait in the lobby much much longer this would be worth it.
Sadly how often did you hit other 12 man teams. Compared to just shutting down a game against randoms?
I do like your idea. But at this point in time. I think it might be a dead list 12 man teams. And we all know a good chunk of the 12 man teams just like to steam roll and rather not got a group of skilled players.
I say it would be a dead list, cause even now I have troubles finding ranked matches. I live in USA and finding swat and ffa just doesn’t happen anymore been weeks of not finding a game. Social lists are always packed.

I’m not going to totally disagree with you in respect to finding other 12 man teams. Yes, we steamrolled a lot, but it really depends on when we would play. Late on Friday or Saturday night we would hit LOTS of full fireteams. Even if this was a dead list a lot of the time, at least we could still have weekend battles with other teams and then the rest of the time have at it with randoms.
Rush with my team and call out a Raveging Sliver (if that’s how it’s spelled)

Hmmm, if 343/Microsoft didnt want to use servers full time, make it a friday-Sunday featured game type. That would also get more 12 man teams to play each other with higher bonus.

I mostly play solo and haven’t come up with a sure fired solution to this. Ideally the vast majority of your team will attack the temple. I try to aim at preventing disruptions. So I like to flank the people trying to prevent the rush. This will mostly come from the wall above the bridge area if you spawn on the grass side or the ledge which you can use the air lift to get to on the rocky side.
Focus on those two areas and expect an attack. If you can get to the opposite area yourself it will probably help. If you get into the temple try to set up to cover one or more of the entrances the opposing team is likely to use. If they’ve gotten there ahead of you try to flank through one of the less easily accessible entrances. If you can get in and hide in that situation you can hold off the cap until your team gets their act together.

I’ve done it, but yeah it’s pretty bloody hard. The temple is just too powerful a position. You have easy access to bosses, good sightlines, protection, and the ability to reinforce either armory almost instantaneously. How close it is to the armories is a large part of why I hate Sanctum. I’ve only see a handful of turnovers and only won three or four matches where I didn’t cap at the beginning. One of which was a triple cap core destruction that was literally pulled from nowhere. I’ve yet to lose when I’ve capped the temple first thing. So goes the temple, so goes the match.

This is generally true. The temple is a powerful position and hard to turn over. I have had a few games where the enemy capped it and we took both garages and then just pinned them inside the temple for the entire game with air vehicles and snipers. It’s really the way you have to go if the enemy takes the temple. This works on Noctus too if they take the monument. Make sure you take both garages and pin them in the center so they can’t go anywhere while you proceed to clean up bosses.
I stand in it while there are no enemies in it as well to contest it. It works 100% of the time.
But do you first capture the temple or kill the first 2 bosses?
> 2535407463625298;19:
> But do you first capture the temple or kill the first 2 bosses?
Better to take out the bosses first, as it will buy you more time. You could alternatively capture te other garage and kill normal bosses to win.
You can try to capture the temple whilst the enemies are spawning there, but because of how god awful the Legendary boss/Mythic boss spawns are, if a few enemies spot you, it’s game over.
