It’s pretty much a pre-order for DLC, you pay early and you get a discount.

So it’s not one of those things where you can just use your debit card on XBL. You have to ms points first?

You should be able to purchase via credit card linked to your account or just recharged MS points via the same way. If you preordered through MS store they give you a $25USD coupon that you can redeem for purchases on XBL.

What I am waiting for is the massive H4 code drop that will happen on the 6th or 7th. Think of all the stuff that the boss lady is going to be sprinkling down on us like manna from heaven.

You buy it with msp. BUT, you can probably buy it at Gamestop too like most DLC, which doesn’t require msp.
