How do you active story cuts on campan ?

I past halo 5 long time ago but I want to play it again and watch the story but each time a start it just jumps in action and dosent tell the story.
Is there a way to active it or something?

Do you have Score Attack enabled? The description states that having it active disables the cutscenes.
